Whole Grain First cereal giveaway!

Ah, cereal. I've written about it before and I'll write about it again. We just eat that much of it around here. 


Since we eat so much, I try my hardest to make sure I'm filling the pantry with healthy options. The kids eat a wide variety of cereal, fortunately, ranging from oatmeal to organic flax flakes to (gulp) some options that are probably a bit too sugary. 


Like I said, though, I try to keep the available options as healthy as possible, while still being appealing to the little ones. It just doesn't make sense for me to buy cereals that are good for my kids but that they won't eat!


Some of the cereals that we enjoy almost daily include the General Mills cereals that boast "more whole grains than any other ingredient."

The kids chow down on Cheerios and, yeah, they looooove Cinnamon Toast Crunch. For us, cereal isn't just a breakfast food. We take it with us as a snack when we're out and about. So, I like that the cereals all have whole grains. I was sent 5 boxes of the cereal to try out and review and, of course, the kids loved them all. Well, my husband ate the Total -- the kids weren't all that into it. But, that's OK. They enjoyed the rest!
